About

I’ve always had a passion for painting. I grew up holding paintbrushes and pencils as both my parents were artists.

In due course, I studied History of Art at Cambridge University and later attended the Julian Ashton Art School, the longest established fine art school in Australia.

Whilst pursuing a business career, I continued to paint and draw in parallel and exhibited paintings at various galleries, including the Royal College of Art and the Mall Galleries.

My work is held in numerous private collections in the UK and overseas. Currently, I paint and draw and carry out portrait commissions from my studios in Dorset and London alongside various business interests and charitable activities.

Exhibitions

My last solo exhibition was at the Chelsea Gallery in London and it was opened by the Major of Kensington & Chelsea, Cllr Robert Freeman (see photo). The exhibition was very well received and £5,000 was raised for selected charities.

Since then, I have been focusing on portrait commissions as well as preparing work for my next solo exhibition which is planned for late 2020.
